In the Mid Atlantic area, the soil is acidic pretty much as far as the eye can see in every direction: Lime the crap out of your client's lawns... Lime will cost your very little, it's the least expensive lawn treatment "chemical" you ever need to purchase.

Now's the time to offer deep discounts for new customers you're clamoring to get.
